To everyone wondering there is a toilet , it's right around the corner literally from the kitchen and before you reach the bedroom, so you see the wall behind the bedframe, yes well behind that wall is a toilet area with shutter type doors

This looks more like an airbnb and/or a guest house. Both a sauna and hot tub are two high maintenance things that go against the whole point of a tiny home.

Is the spiral staircase the only entrance inside, not much fun carrying anything large upstairs - furniture, a nightmare?

I'd use the downstairs covered area for parking my car and an enclosed wall of storage. A couple of my neighbors have built small cedar closets in their garage to store out of season clothes. A wall with 5 shelves, (maybe hanging bicycle or other sports gear storage) can make a ginormous difference! And personally, I'd rather have a very small enclosed bathroom in that corner. Make this just a little bit wider and add closet space and drawers. The kitchen needs at least a pantry and some overhead cabinets, geez! In fact, a two-story design has been in my head for a long time. There's tons of cabins in Scandinavia, and frankly, they have MUCH better designs. You really left out a lot in this one.
