Ingredients

Instructions
1. _Sautรฉ cardamom_: Heat Desi Ghee in a pan; add 4-5 cardamoms. Stir-fry for some time.
2. _Add carrots_: Add carrots; fry for some time.
3. _Add milk_: Add 1 liter of milk; mix well.
4. _Cook carrots_: Cook carrots in milk until they are tender. Mash with your hands.
5. _Fry carrots_: Fry carrots for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
6. _Add nuts and khoa_: Add chopped nuts and khoa; mix well.
7. _Add sugar_: Add sugar; mix well.
