Just thinking link needs to be slightly more then 50% so at end of stroke it doesn't lock out. May push a bit over 45 degree

Make the link length 50% of upright length so when the link is an upright position at end of stroke the blade will be 45 degrees . The length of the total stroke / 45 degrees can give you the pich of thead and the turns of degree
