Spider Curls!
Not so easy to find a āspider curl benchā aka a bench thatās completely vertical w no slant, but if you can find one, you should consider trying this dress on.
Of course , you can perform spider curls chest supported on an upright or incline bench w your arms hanging freely in front of you, and thatās pretty good, for sure for sure.
But if you CAN grab a more vertical bench that supports your arms and dreams, you should.
A straight bar, an ez curl bar or 2 dumbbells all are great, try them all and see which your biceps like the best and then do that.
I like an ez bar or 2 dumbbells personally, with a small additional nod to the 2 dumbbells because itās more comfortable on MY elbows (might not be the same for you, individual difference is real) since I can orient my wrist and elbow angle to whatever I like.
I start from straight arms, I curl almost but NOT all the way up, as I find itās more comfy and ābiceps pump promoting (š¤) if I do these curling maybe 75% of the way up.
As far as rep ranges go, to ME, the 10-15, and 12-20 rep ranges either pausing at end ranges (top and bottom) or not are all fantastic.
