I speak German as my native language, Armenian and Greek as my second languages, English (probably on C1 to C2 level, but idk actually) and French (around B2 level), I'd love to learn more languages in the future and improve the ones that I know already!!
Also, your German is amazing, you've got a great pronunciation!!

I'm German and at home we spoke Bavarian. I learned standard German and English at school. Also Latin, but we never spoke it and I hated it and don't remember much. Later I moved to Italy and studied there, so I also speak Italian. Then I moved to Greece where I have since been living and I speak hence also Greek.
I don't think the number of languages someone can speak says much about their ability to really communicate, because there's very different levels of "speaking". One can speak a little bit of 20 languages, but not be able to write an essay in any of them and someone else maybe speaks two languages, but can write and read difficult scientific articles in both.

It’s Really so inspiring that you speak so many leanguages: I’m a language geek and people always found me weird because i used to spend my summer vacation learning a new language for fun. But seeing a cool person like you speak 5 languages makes it worth it! So yeah i speak German (mother language), English and French fluently, spanish (b1 i’d say), solid polish and understand Italian, dutch and russian so yeah no idea how to count that

Here’s the non-recipe recipe. I think it’s easy to just improvise and hard to go wrong. Just taste as you go :)
Gaspacho Bibim-guksu
Makes 2 portions
Sauce: 🍜
2 medium size tomatoes¹
1/2 red paprika
1 English cucumber or 2 Persian cucumbers
1 shallot or small onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp sliced kimchi (45g)
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp gochujang (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp oil (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp sugar/other sweetener (I recommend to not skip on it. I used xylitol)
Toppings:🌿
cucumber (julienne)
sesame seeds
boiled eggs
200g thin wheat noodles² (like Somyeon noodle)
Instructions:
1. Roughly chop all the vegetables. And add all the ingredients for the soup base into a blender. Blend until smooth and adjust the seasoning to taste.
2. Boil the noodles according to instructions. Drain well, making sure it’s not dripping wet before mixing with the sauce.
3. Mix the noodles with the sauce and serve with extra cucumbers, sesame seeds and a boiled eg
