I present to you...the first riff I have ever written. Or one of the first. Anyhow, this thing came to life way back in 2009, at least the instrumental of the song, including the solo.
For years though I didn't know what to do with it. Until it finally started making sense in the context of the album that is coming in about 3 months from now :).
I decided to go with the theme of pointless corporate rewards for this one. You know what I am talking about...the type of rewards that, for some reason, get people talking about them on social media way too much.
Seriously...if you want to reward an employee, give them cash or time. Preferably time.
