This video regarding total number of Attempts in JEE main and JEE ADVANCED

JEE mains-

Knowing the JEE Main exam pattern is crucial for candidates and students appearing for the IIT JEE exam. Candidates who closely observe and follow the JEE Main exam pattern will not only be able to prepare a successful study plan but will ultimately perform well and achieve a better result in the entrance exam.

From 2019 onwards, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has been granted the authority to design and develop the JEE Main syllabus and set the exam pattern. While there were a few modifications made to the exam pattern in 2019, for the 2023 exam, NTA has more or less kept the exam pattern similar to last year. However, some of the expected changes in 2023 are as follows:

Two sessions of the exam instead of four. The first session of the exam will be held in January and the second session in April.
There will be a negative marking for both Section A and Section B.
In essence, aspirants will find all the important information about the exam, including the mode of the JEE Main 2023.

JEE ADVANCED -

Advanced is a national competitive exam for admission to some of the UG engineering programs offered at various Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other prestigious engineering colleges in India. As IIT Guwahati is about to begin the registration process for JEE Advanced 2023 on April 30, 2023, interested applicants are looking for the exam-day do’s and don’ts to understand the guidelines or COVID-19 issued regarding taking the test. This article focuses on the exam-day instructions that every aspirant will need to follow.

Since the exam is almost around the corner and COVID-19 cases escalating in the country, there are some exam-day guidelines that aspirants must follow religiously. These safety measures will help the students stay safe and ensure they have a smooth exam-taking experience. Read on to find out about these guidelines.
This year, IIT Guwahati will also issue guidelines or COVID-19 advisory for JEE Advanced 2023 exam. Aspirants will be able to be acquainted with these guidelines in the official JEE Advanced information bulletin or in their JEE Advanced admit card.

Every candidate will be required to fill out a self-declaration form, including fields like travel history in the last 14 days, declaration for symptoms of COVID-19 (if any), and other details. Students must follow the JEE Advanced 2023 guidelines and COVID-19 advisory to ensure maximum safety in the exam.
