O suporte EA me recomendou um outro método. Desinstalar o EA App>Desinstalar o jogo>reinstalar o EA App>fazer login>clicar menu esquerdo superior>ajuda>recuperação de aplicativo>limpar cache>reiniciar o PC>instalar o jogo.
