PUBLIC NOTICE-CONSULAR APPOINTMENTS
Starting from October 5
th 2023, consular appointments (visa-legalization) shall
exclusively be provided through dedicated phone numbers of the Embassy, and emails shall no more be a mode of request for consular appointments.
The phone numbers (appointment lines) are:
• VISA appointment: +92 (0) 3008548341
• Legalization appointment: +92 (0) 3008548346
Service hours are: Monday-Friday 09.30 – 12.30.
Phone numbers will be active exclusively during service hours.
In order to better utilize the new system, and to allow the Embassy accommodate
more and more calls, applicants are advised to be prepared with following
information, required for creating an appointment:
• Surname and name of the applicant as per passport
• Passport number
• A valid email ID (belonging to the applicant)
• Type of visa (for which appointment is required)
• Details of documents (for which legalization appointment is required)
