Ingredients
Mint Leave - 1/2 cup
Lemon- 2
Kala Namak- 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder- 1 pinch
Kali Mirch- 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder- 1/2 tsp
Watermelon cuts- 2 cups
Honey- 2 tbsp
Method for Water Melon Mojito
Grind water melon in a Mixer
Strain and extract the juice
Take Mint Leaves and crush them in mixer or in hand crusher
Take a Glass in which you wish to serve watermelon mojito
Apply Lemon on the glass
Dip this glass on mixture of Kala Namak and Red Chilli powder
Now add kali Mirch- 1/4 tsp, Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp, Red Chilli powder- 1 pinch, Kala Namak- 1/4 tsp
Add some Honey and juice of half lemon
Add crushed mint leaves
Add some ice cubes
Now fill 3/4 glass with watermelon juice and 1/4 glass with Soda water
Garnish with lemon slice and mint leave
Serve it chilled and Enjoy
