I need to do that. I need to do that bad. My childhood was zoning out staring at walls until I saw pictures in the shapes. I need a full reverse coloring book.

That's similar to something I do in Illustrator, make color blobs, then see what kind of face/head I can draw in there. Sometimes it's cartoony, but lots of monsters mostly.

This is by far one of my all time favorite art trends and I’m so glad to see you do it Jazza. This is one of my favorite videos of yours and it’s just amazing how it’s just splotches on a page and then it’s something super cool

How nonchalant "I saw a dinosaur family being traumatised by a goblin" was said. Lmao what

I bought one after realizing they sold the books at my local art store and had the most fun with it, honestly

I bought the book but once I'm done with it I'm definitely making abstract watercolor splatters with my own supplies and make them from scratch

I used to challenge myself and have fun with friends at school by having them draw or splotch paint in random patterns, then I'd draw something out of it. It's funny to see how popular these kinds of projects are getting! It's really fun and a good way to maintain skill and imagination. :) Anyone can do it too, and that's the best part!

I've been doing this my WHOLE LIFE, except in my head and with the branches of the tree outside my window.

I loved nature as a kid and would just stare at things like my eyes were my personal microscopes. I'd study leaves, the bark on trees, insects, sand, rocks, the water in the ditch, the beads of dew on spiderwebs, the differences between snowflakes, all the small details the adults are too busy to notice or pay attention to. I shouldn't start doing that again, it's like free therapy. And nature is so beautiful! It deserves to be appreciated.

You should do a lite brite video! You could make different designs with it and then turn the lights off and reveal!

By watching this really makes me what to try different abstract and think what to add to. Funny because not all of us realise, the more we stare at things there is actually somehow in there that we can create!
