This video shows a Hand -Tied Wig Cap Construction demonstration. A wig with a hand-tied cap is a luxury option which gives a natural look and movement and a superior comfort. Each strand of hair is tied by hand onto a soft material and if it's a 100% hand-tied cap the hair of the wig will move just like natural hair.

The wig cap material is soft and flexible making it the most comfortable wig cap and therefore good for sensitive scalps. However it is the priciest cap as it takes a long time to construct and has to be cared for properly in order to avoid damaging it's delicate materials. Another disadvantage is that the wig cap may feel warmer on the scalp as it lacks the ventilation that a basic cap provides.
