Kit Watkins was one of the keyboardists in one of the most unique and avant garde progressive rock bands of the 70s, Happy The Man. He also played with Camel later on, and now has a extensive musical vocation making ambient music.

There's very little video of Kit playing the Minimoog, organ or Solina, let alone of Happy The Man, so I borrowed some footage from "Catch a Rising Star" from 1977; a live recording of Kit and Coco Roussel playing some of Kit's compositions; and then a video of me playing Upon the Rainbow (Befrost) by Happy The Man (comp. Watkins, Wyatt) on the Korg MS10.

Video footage used under fair use.

He absolutely was. As he has left the prog rock scene quite some time ago I would love to hear him play the minimoog again. Such an immensely talented musician!
