Essentially, being sure your baptism and it's meaning are continually regarded in that you have surrendered your will to God. As for seeking a fellowship, some of us out there cannot find a community who hold to scripture but we have held fast with Him. . I have walked with Jesus for over 60yrs but havnt entered a church for 28yrs. God sends folk to me who thought they were saved but weren't due to flimsy preaching and a lack of discernment. I have had amazing experiences of sharing re Jesus with people some of whom have travelled from overseas, and who tell me they had to come to the UK to meet me to hear from Him, which is very enlightening.
