The tornado v3 is better in my opinion cuz it's more controllable but I would optimize for the gan13 cuz the tornado v3 has a breaking issue and I had 6 so far because they loose that nice feeling overtime

tbh, nothing beats the feeling of the GAN 13. I feel like GAN is for people with gentle and accurate turning styles instead of cubers who rely on corner cutting and rough turning.
