for the amount of labour to rebuild that rear end, and the case damage, cheapest option would prob be a complete used rear end from a scrap yard. just swap over your hardware/brakes etc.

Replace the carrier or swap the drifferencial. Just know that this is a common failure. If you swapped with use one and you keep the truck for a while, it may happen again

The piece that's coming out is a part of the limited slip differential. It likely needs a diff, might be able to order it loaded with gears, clutches ect

Just rebuild it dont put someone else trash in your truck and hope it lasts longer… besides those bearings are toast look at the heat marks

Suregrip clip broken , get a new suregrip differential.
