Leon is just loved more because his hair and humor his story is so dry lol only 2 games that have no connection or even make sense. While chris is resident evil he made resident evil his story, monsters, skills, are stuff Leon can't fathom. Leon's wins because even the plot likes him to much as why he was saved by lickers

So the reason I put it as Extreme Diff even though Leon won most points is because almost all the categories could have gone either way, and it was very close on Leon winning them, but I think he just has slightly better writing. Both are amazing characters, and I love them both.
