Day 8: Started implementing martial arts into my daily training, starting with the basic kicking drills and footwork.

I can currently do 30 consecutive kicks per leg without taking a rest, how many can you do?
Baki motivation worked on me and made me wish to achieve my best shape ever!

From now on I will include basic marital arts practice in my daily baki training.

Can't wait until tomorrow's training! gaining muscle, stamina, and burning fat! :)
