I used to deal with anxiety and depression. I’d have obsessive and compulsive thoughts. Acknowledging my thoughts made me think more and it was an endless cycle. When I humbled myself and turned my thoughts to Jesus, he transformed my heart and renewed my mind. I was delivered from invasive, obsessive, depressive, and anxious thoughts. I never had to start a pill or go to therapy.. or even a church (church can be great though). God revealed his presence in my life and I followed. Jesus is the only way to save, heal, and deliver you. He wants to rest your mind and your soul. He loves you so much, that he willingly was sacrificed for your sins. He did the work to win you good health, salvation, and a prosperous life. You just need to deny yourself and walk with him. He will help to transform you along the way. God bless you all❤
