the F-15 CAN land on an aircraft carrier... taking off again is a different story, but in emergency situations, such as air base evacuations, many different kinds of aircraft have landed on carriers.
anything from a Cesna to a c-130 could (and has in some cases) landed on carriers.
F-111 has landed on a carrier.
tail hooks are not even required as barricades have been used to stop aircraft.
This is not normal. but again has happened.
