What people don’t understand is pan handling is an art, or it shows how long someone is on the street. Normally the guys that have been around , don’t victimize others just pan handle for years get lots of money from regulars.
Sometimes 3-600$ a day pan handling. I was homeless for 6 years and watched some guys bring is easily 4,000$ a week just to blow it on drugs, and still be dope sick and not have any. It’s such a crazy life style.
