Exploitative play at its finest.
Bro bets 1/10th pot on the turn when he's essentially locked up the board, minus QJ suited at a very low frequency. He's trying to induce continues from speculative hands hoping they hit on the river. And hit it does. His 1.75x pot jam on the river is specifically targeted towards AK.
I think if an ace hits he only goes half pot, but he knows that AK is possible, and that gambley-type players who chase never fold when they hit. Well played
