I’ve always wondered if there was any major point or benefit in reducing the x gantry’s weight with Bowden for the sake of printing fast when the bed will always be (and only adding as print goes on)heavier than the x gantry or tool head.

Aye, running clipper with v-rollers that grind to dust and uneven shape even at slowl speeds. If you ever wonder why machines from reputable manufacturers come with linear rails or just plain rods and igus bearings it's because vrollers are a piece of shit and the industry has to stop using them.
Inb4: Betas will tell me how good their ender 3 is working and how wrong I am. Try moving the gantries with the steppers turned off and explain the wiggle and tell me wtf is that fine dust on your axis and around the rollers 😂
