I think Stargate ships are leagues above Trek ships in FTL speed, defense and offense. I think it was stated in the quantum mirror episode where Daniel witnesses a goauld invasion of Earth, that Goauld energy blobs are about 200 megatons. Thats a lot more powerful than photon and quantum torpedoes.
Then the naquadah enhanced "goauld busters" are around 1 gigaton, and one didn't have much effect against Apophis' mothership above Earth

Well, considering in Stargate lore. The Goa'uld ships are rather underpowered. They only carved a large empire. All because races they enslaved were primitive and had no real way to defend themselves. Also to top it off. The leadership was so cutthroat. If a Goa'uld came up with a better weapon system. Instead of. You know. Sharing it. They would keep it. On their ship. And if their ship blows up with even their knowledge of how to make it. Yeah. That technology is lost.
By all accounts. With the power scaling within Stargate. Starfleet would actually stand a chance against the Goa'uld Empire. Beyond that....yeah. No. An Asgardian ship can one shot a Goa'uld ship. Okay. And they are the friendly aliens.
