Place in the pressure cooker Urad lentil 150 gr, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp turmeric, a bit of salt and water. Boil it til urad lentils are soft.
Now place a pan on hob and add 3 full tbsp ghee, half tsp hing, half tsp chilli powder, half tsp garam masala, half tsp turmeric, 4 cloves garlic chopped, 1 or more green chilli, grated ginger and fry it for 3 min on medium flame.Then place the ghee over the urad lentil and mix it properly. You can serve it with chapati ЁЯлУ or basmati rice ЁЯНЪ. Enjoy!
