Decorating Speculaas Cookies

To make Royal icing:
INGREDIENTS
1 Egg White
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cups Icing Sugar

METHOD
Mix egg white and lemon juice together. Add the icing sugar and mix throughly.
