My dream longterm is to help people, comfort people and spread kindness to as many people as I can. 🫂
They say you can't help every person in the world, which means my dream will never be finished.. but that's one of the main reasons why I have it - I'm stubbon and a nutcase haha! No but, there's always going to be an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. Maybe for a moment or maybe 7 years down the line, and the joy of knowing that is what helps keep my own life afloat. In other words I wouldn't be able to keep it together if I couldn't make someone else's day a lil brighter. It's crazy addictive the thrill of seeing a smile on someone's face that you are responsible for..
And I don't consider myself a good person, it's not about that and it shouldn't be a factor in whether or not to help others. No excuses. Everyone can do good if they really want to. My focus is doing what I can so when I'm laying on my death bed looking back in my life, I'll be happy knowing that I was someone who did everything they ever wanted to (maybe a lil bummed that I won't be able to attend for the free-lunch at my own funeral but heyho, you can't win em all haha). I think that's what my dad would have wanted to, but I'll have to ask him at the end. Thank you for having me everyone and enjoy the rest of your special da

My birthday is also September 22nd! Your videos have always been a reliable source of good content and I’m happy to hear we’re about to get another year of it. I actually got into cooking because of your videos - I saw a recipe of yours and just decided to try it. Well, now I’m in the process of trying to become a full time chef in a restaurant, so I guess I have been working towards my dream. Thanks for everything, Chef.
