(Braised tofu)
# Ingredients
- tofu 100g
- cooking oil
• Sauce
- minced green onion 10g
- Gochut-garu (red chili pepper powder) 20g
- sugar 10g
- Ganjang (Korean soy sauce) 15g
- sesame oil 15g
- water 10g

1. Cut the tofu into 0.5cm thick bite size pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of sauce for braising and mix well.
3. Pat dry the tofu with a paper towel to remove exess water.
4. Add the cooking oil to the pan and heat it up into medium-high heat. And add the tofu pieces and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown.
5. Add the sauce on the well pan-fried tofu and braise for a minute until the tofu absorbs the flavor of the sauce.
