I got mine used for 650 more than a year ago. I don't even have a screen protector and only use one side of the phone case. No significant scratches, no middle black line that so many people warned about. I couldn't be bothered less by the fold groove. Enjoyed so many movies on this device. Typing is dope, because I can use both my thumbs with a split keyboard. Pretty fire

I've had the 3 and now the 4. I haven't had any screen issues. But my hinge on the 3 did give out after almost exactly 18months. Warranty claim gave me a new 4 as replacement. The 4 is much better overall, no issues with it yet after a year. Love the folds, but I think I'm ready to go back to a regular phone for a cycle.

You know when you lead with this type of video, you can leave a bad taste in some people's mouth. Because instead of saying the screen protector came up while doing a review. You led with "my screen might be damaged" to "It turns out its just the screen protector". Most people wont even watch the rest of the video because you confirmed what they already thought.

I had the same issue with mine a few years ago, so I ordered a screen replacement from Amazon and installed it myself. Now that I have a z-fold for, I've installed matte screen protectors in place of that factory glossy one and it works like a charm. I got four screen protectors for 10 bucks. Samsung only tells people not to peel off the factory install one because people who don't understand the technology could potentially peel away the actual screen itself. If you're careful and take your time, you can install a new screen protector yourself in Samsung would actually never know. I've already tested the theory in real time when I had to do a warranty replacement on mine and I had a really bad bubble so I replaced the screen before I made the claim just to see if it would go unnoticed, and it did :-)

Yep, and Samsung says it's not a warranty issue! I finally got them to fix it, but it was a pain
