It is the first one that I mainly wrote in English for Melqui. As it happens, it descended into Spanish and French in the second verse into a surreal hole. But oh well, quite happy with how it turned out. Theme wise, It observes our current multicultural digital age with a touch of humor. 
Music wise, it was a joy to work on it. It has a different structure and vibe than most of our songs, and we could do a lot of production experimentation with the band on it. It is one of the only songs of the new record (oh What?) that was recorded before it was played live. We added A LOT of guitar textures with Siebren and Gabi, Choir risers with Sara, and it has the most Keyboard work with David. We got a bit in our heads and recorded all the notes of the keyboard parts separately so we could have slightly different tones and pan them to different places… but it’s nice that it’s in there! My dear friend Bea also added some Vibraphone and Glockenspiel to it in the choruses that ring with joy!
