At the beginning of this episode I felt that they were maybe being a bit too heavy-handed with how excessively sad and dramatic it was, but even while I was falling into a bit of a cynical train of thought, it still managed to really resonate with me and hit me right in the feels as it went along. I suppose good presentation can go a long way.
I was initially reminded a bit of Clannad, but while I found the drama there to often be tiresome, I didn't end up feeling the same way with this show, which is cool beans.
Dope hat, by the way.

This show almost caught me lackin with this ep since I wasn't expecting somethin so... serious yet endearing so quick. If I saw this a few years back I might've teared up and I couldn't imagine the balling that would come from a more casual viewer. The feels were strong and mighty with this one
