I’ve been a picky eater my whole life. My mom would make 2 meatloaves when she would make them. A regular one for them and a small one without anything but basically ketchup for me lol I will forever appreciate my mom for this. You aren’t spoiling your kids by helping them take stuff out so they will eat. I see so many ppl showing hate to parents of picky children. As long as your kids are eating. That’s what matters
