I grew up on milk straight from our cows. It is amazing how humanity somehow survived thousands of years drinking raw milk before the experts arrived to tell them they were in danger.

I was raised on raw… in fact I NEVER had “store bought” milk until I was around 10… and I thought then and still think now… that store bought is disgusting… it’s not REAL milk… oh…. And me and all 4 of my siblings, were never sick… 😂🤣 The “experts” or truly ridiculous and absurd! Keep doing your great work girl!!

Exactly 🤦 leafy green vegetables and other types of produce experience the same exact risks as raw milk and raw meat of breeding bacteria. But, guess what, this can be avoided by simply having good quality versions of these foods that are from sanitary environments! Every food needs to be treated properly and you won‘t have these problem

When I grew up in my hometown we always had raw milk from our local farmer. My mom would always have the cream it was her Favourite and we would drink the milk! It was such a treat. I love watching your videos! I support you and think it’s great what you’re doing. PS I just got your cookbook!!!! Excited
