Pro tips for event planners: Its always a bad idea to have bright LED wall content behind the person talking coz the mid shot will be heavily backlit. Then you'll be fighting for light to make it look good on video, and the panelists will be struggling with strong lights into their faces. Lighting for TV/Studio and event lighting is a different animal. Listen to your lighting designer or camera directors, or if you don't care, the recorded video will be what it is with limitations. There's only so much we can do or settle with a compromise. In this case, blown backgrounds in the video when exposed for face, and ugly silhouettes in wide shots.
