So you want to give your OFS benefits. Can you pay for it directly?

Your OFS is an independent contractor. So, no, you can't pay for benefits directly.

The easiest way is to reimburse them. Have them send you receipts for the benefits they paid for (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, medical insurance) and reimburse them.

It's that easy.
