Please do not come to Canada. Canada is in the middle of a housing crisis. It’s hard to find affordable accommodation in Canada. There aren’t many good jobs with good salaries and competition over jobs is very high. Life in Canada is not easy, everything is expensive and food is expensive. Don’t be fooled by people and organizations that tell you that Canada is the greatest country. There are so many challenges even for Canadians. Canada is likely going into a recession and its current government is not improving anything. Sorry to be kind of pessimistic and negative but it’s the truth

I am a Canadian citizen. Born here, but I lived most of my life in the United States and Europe. I returned to Canada a few years ago and I have experienced something very similar to immigration to Canada. Keep in mind that I speak English and French and my ethnicity is Caucasian.
Still my experience has been very difficult and I am deeply disappointed.
Many other nations are better choices.
The USA 🇺🇸 primarily comes to mind. I lived in the US for most of my life. I truly believe that immigrating to the US would be a better choice.
Many European nations would also be better.
The one main idea I want to convey to anyone considering immigrating to Canada is that you are needed, but not necessarily wanted here.
I work two jobs, and stay out of trouble. I speak the language and I walk the walk. Working very hard and getting nowhere.
I do not feel welcome here.
I feel like I am being exploited.
