軟嫩的豆腐配上鮮美的絞肉，加上青蔥的香氣，來上一碗白飯最棒了！
✅食材
絞肉100克
豆腐1盒
蔥2支
蒜頭1顆
油3湯匙
醬油1湯匙
醬油膏2湯匙
糖1匙
熟水半碗
🔸做法
1.食材洗淨
2.絞肉倒入1湯匙醬油，攪拌醃一下
3.豆腐切丁，蔥切花，蒜切末
4.開中小火
5.倒入三湯匙油
6.加入蒜爆香
7.放入絞肉炒至半熟
8.加入半碗熟水
9.加入豆腐
10.加入兩湯匙醬油膏及一匙糖
11.輕輕攪拌一下並把豆腐攤平
12.蓋上鍋蓋悶煮15分鐘
13.開鍋灑上蔥花
14.紅燒豆腐完成了
