돼지고기 앞다리살 250g
새우젓 1큰술
물 650ml
김치 400g
고춧가루 1.5큰술
다진마늘 1큰술
국간장 1큰술
대파 1/2대
청양고추 2개
만드는법
1.냄비에 돼지고기 앞다리살, 새우젓 1큰술, 물 650ml를 넣어 끓인다.
2.끓으면 약불로 줄여 10분 정도 끓인다.
3.한입크기로 자른 김치, 고춧가루 1.5큰술, 다진마늘 1큰술, 국간장 1큰술을 넣어 끓인다.
4.국물맛이 맛있게 우러나면 대파와 청양고추를 넣어 한소끔 끓여 마무리.
