Whatever they were doing was illegal, no normal boat has super charged engines to get away from coastguard protection details. The captain and crew of the illegal boat should be immediately arrested and fined. The boat convicated and if possible, sunk to the bottom of Davy Jones locker, never to be used again. Better to be a corral save haven for sea-life than killing humans with illegal drugs and weapons. Possibly organised gangs with drugs, weapons, and other illegal things. Especially with the super charged engine to try and get away from the naval protection duty teams. Little do they realise the coastguard and military have all sorts of ships, aircraft, and radar and satellite tracking. It could also be pirate ship 🚢, bring up the canons and new missiles
