If you just tightened the screw properly, the rawl plug gets compressed by the screw threads passing through it, expanding the little grips you’ve covered over with tape. That provides multiple smaller surfaces to grip rather than a tiny amount of friction you have managed between the tape and the plaster board. And if it’s so loose you have to use tape anyway, get a bigger size plug. That thing you’ve done will never last sorry to say.

They make bigger plugs for this exact problem...there are many sizes of these drywall anchors to fit whatever hole you got lol😅
