Damn nice workout plan, btw your doing the rear delt flies wrong and you probably feel it in your triceps, you gotta think about moving your arm and not your back together at the end

Do shoulder press on machine instead of dbs, machine will give more stimulus and also you can keep good form in that even if you fail in lifting up and lateral raises should be done on cables do this for 2 weeks and shoulders will be ripped up through shirts 😂
