tbh, as someone who has worked retail/sales and food service — i can't go back. i got a real job as a tutor and it was amazing and i want something like that again. being a research assistant is comparable, but i long for the days when i was paid fairly for my work and treated with respect. it's incredible how much getting a real job with a good wage and good amount of respect will change someone.
and the boomers wonder why no one wants to fulfill their carls jr orders............
