I traveled PIA a while ago to support Pakistan’s international Airlines flight .
Sadly I was disappointed because cabin staff attitude was not customer’s welcoming or the service particularly the toilets were not clean. I do understand that the economy passenger are not treated well. Also the passengers do make messes.
She ignored our request that toilet is not clean and toilet paper was in mess. Staff wasn’t supportive.
That was my last I traveled with PIA
Since then I started traveling with Emirates, KLM, British Airways I do find that cabin crew are cooperative, supportive welcoming but fairly speaking much better than PIA CABIN CREW. I hope this constructive feedback will help PIA to take measures to improve the quality 😅of services they need to provide. It is the part of your job, to be supportive and helpful.
Same time our passengers are also very co operative too.
But we must understand the best solutions
In between.
I wish Pakistan will get better.
We MUST not be Munafiq. As talking behind someone back is called Geebath karna is a very serious sinful, as if I am eating my brother’s dead meat. Certainly I will not like that to happened.
