Use 2 Chains connecting to each side of the trailer, then you can run straps off the chains and run the straps over front to back instead of the left to right.

You Fked up big! 3 times to fix it? Think like it's your wife and children following your truck. 1" holes all around the diameter lip. 3/4" Shackles would have a 4 ton work load. Turn buckets and chains. Harbor Freight. No excuse. Don't take a load, you can't secure 100%. Be responsible, please.
