50 g de vin blanc
50 g d'oignon
1 gousse d'ail
150gr de courgette
50gr de poivron rouge
100gr de tomates cerises
25gr de beurre
50gr de parmesan
25gr d'huile d'olive

Poivre
Préparation 👨🏻🍳
1. Mettez le MamboMix en place. Verser l'huile d'olive dans la cruche.
2. Ajoutez la courgette coupée en dés, l'oignon, le poivron et l'ail haché, ainsi que les cerises, programme 120ºC, puissance 8, vitesse 1 pendant 3 minutes.
3. Ajoutez le vin, le riz, le sel et le poivre, programme 100ºC, puissance 6, vitesse 1 pendant 30 secondes.
4. Ajouter le bouillon, programme 100ºC, puissance 7, vitesse 1 pendant 14 minutes.
5. Ajouter le parmesan et le beurre, programme 100ºC, puissance 4, vitesse 1 pendant 4 minutes.
