▪️2 tbsp fine sea salt
▪️1 tsp each: coriander seeds, peppercorns
▪️5 garlic cloves, sliced
▪️Fresh dill
▪️Optional: fresh red chili, bay leaves, grape leaf, or oak leaf

Steps:

▫️Wash cucumbers and slice off the blossom end.
▫️Place dill, garlic, and spices in a jar, then pack cucumbers tightly.
▫️Mix a 3% salt brine and pour over cucumbers, leaving headroom.
▫️Ferment at 60-70°F for 3-5 days. ▫️Look for bubbles and cloudy brine.
