As I’m getting older, I’m actually more likely to buy this game now knowing it’s not going to be a 200 hour investment of a game.

Was hoping for minimum 25 hours. But since it’s similar to the 1st game at 15-20 hours, it’ll be fine as a 100% play through will greatly extend that

For I'd say 10h+, if it was under that, it's starting to feel a little over-priced, but if you get around 10h and beyond, I'm all for it.

70 dollars is too much period! Especially with all the money they make going digital. If the market was still mostly physical I might support it but with 100 percent revenue on digital it just yells GREED!

I think if your having fun playing somthing odds are your gonna play it for longer anyways, especially with open world games, it took me 70hrs to beat TOTK and i enjoyed every minute of it, and im still enjoying. Even with no goals sometimes its just fun to mess around and see what you can do, so i really dont think playtime matters

The main campaign doesn't need to be more than 20+ hours, but for $70 I expect content from optional side missions, exploration, etc. to give me 50-70+ hours of replayability. Again, it's optional. You can put in 15 hours and do all the main stuff. Just give me my money's worth if I really want to do more in that world.

To me it's not about length it's about quality of the game from the start most if not all games that are releasing at $70 I have yet to find a game that I think is worth $70

Honestly i like games like elden ring/dark souls 3. I like the fact I've spent over 200hrs on these games and there's still more to do and discover. It makes you feel like you got your money's worth!

Its all situational to me. Some games require less time to complete but have more replay value and other games have no replay value but the story is complete and fun. Then you have the padded out games that are big for no reason and at that point it doesn't matter how long it is because it's bland.
But I think 20-35 hours is a sweet spot for me. Anything over that and the game has to be very good to keep my attention.

I refuse to believe that anyone out there is actually upset about the game length. There's no way people were actually hoping for a 50+ hour fetch quest simulator.

So its $70 game filled with rich environments, amazing story, fun gameplay VS $70 with bland repetitive gameplay, boring open world shit, and lackluster story…. But hey, you get to collect spoons and other stuff.
Yeah, I’d go for Spiderman 2 any day.
