He's absolutely right. She blew up the cheating ring. If a smart player was being signaled when their opponent was weak, they could run that forever without anyone knowing. It was game over when the guy stole 15k from her stack the same day.
And how she demands the money back from Garrett but not him. And then she proceeds to write that guys "apology" for him. Which was literally the most goofy thing I've ever read.
If you were just caught stealing 15k from a poker game, as an employee of that casino. And in your apology, you decide to include a whole statement about how Garrett is a bad person. And that guy STILL hasn't been arrested. What a joke.
