So this may be a weird question but how are the streets and sidewalks in La Paz. Just spent time in Mexico City around La Condesa and loved every minute. I just noticed how uneven the streets are and how someone older or in a wheelchair couldnât live there. Thank goodness I am in good shape (67 yes) but it made me think about it if I should retire there down the road.

Hi, sorry I just donât get it⌠$230,000 for this house? Why would you do this? We could build a beautiful wooden tropical style house for about $28,000? Even if you double that to $56,000 you would still have nearly $200,000 left to live on, very comfortably for a long, long, long time
