Good Samaritan laws help people who are genuinely helping. This is illegal. Her suit/charges would be thrown out.

My daughter has asthma. She forgot her inhaler one day and passed out immediately after a test. Her best friend picked her up and went to the nurse so she could get treatment and let me know, since I worked at the school. I went into the nurses office and someone from admin was there for a meeting. She wanted me to expel my daughter’s best friend from school because my daughter felt like her best friend was inappropriately touching her. This is what I told her:
“My daughter has asthma and forgot her inhaler at home. She had an asthma attack. Her best friend carried her to the nurse. She saved her life and you want me to expel her from saving my child’s life? I’m a father first and what you’re suggesting that I should do
to my kids best friend is beyond inappropriate. So no, I will not expel kids best friend for saving her life. You’re very lucky that she isn’t on the way to the hospital right now. The nurse is treating her and she’s going to be sent home early”
The person from admin ended up getting fired because of this incident

Sue the hell out of school and state that now you have to get back my money or I’m gonna see you for defamation and a few other things I would say give me a list on why I can see the school for the lawyer and I would get back that list. I wish you every single thing that I can I will give them a complete story and I would stood. You’re making me feel uncomfortable. You let go. That’s basically how I would act I would be pissed and petty.

Fun fact: if someone is passed out, or in critical condition (needs cpr or something) consent is automatically assumed, so you cant be expelled
